For more than 10 years, she worked primarily with the National Geographic Society in its magazine and book divisions. Her work has also appeared in Life, People, U.S. News & World Report, Newsweek, and The New York Times. After working in more than 20 countries on four continents, Post-Rust is now a lecturing fellow at Duke University’s Center for Documentary Studies.
